This shot shows what the rear bumper looks like. I haven't decided if I will run a chrome one or a painted black one. None of the bumpers or grilles came from Ford in 51 or 52 chromed, because of the Korean War, plating was banned to save chromium. Instead bumpers and grilles were painted a complementary color. Bumpers and grille in 51 were painted silver (argent) and 52 the bumpers were painted black with the grille painted ivory. Although I've seen just about every combination of this on trucks I've bought.
